Along the Chisholm Trail is a collection of original short stories. They are set around 1860 as the country was just beginning to feel the great ability to produce wealth and grow and grow. It was just this environment which fostered some interesting characters which I have captured in these writings. There are the trailhands on the Chisholm Trail, the Townies in Wichita, and various tails from American Indian tribes in the area. Each has a story to share and each is worthy of a campfire to tell these adventures. So come into the firelight and drift back in time with me as together we listen to the crackling flames and the whispers of our story.
