This material was composed as I prayerfully reflected upon the candidates who would be experiencing the Kairos method for the first time at the California City State Prison, during April 21-24, 2016. My approach in writing personal Agape’ is to take a scriptural passage, tape it into my journal, and write a poetic response. In this case I chose scripture dealing with shelter. My prayer is that the candidates find that nurturing shelter which allows them to grow in a new life with God.
